Sam Evans General Construction, Inc. has been laying down some of the best looking and most durable concrete in Utah since 1995. Utah has one of the harshest climates in the world for concrete. One or two of our winters will easily destroy an inferior product. Fortunately, our experience and Sam's chemistry background give us a mature understanding of what is required to lay down a superior product that will withstand countless freeze-thaw cycles.
